Jill’s holistic medical training combined with over a decade serving people as an RN leads to a powerful process of guided self-inquiry.  Wellness coaching is partnering with clients in a creative and thought-provoking process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.  Jill utilizes an evidence-informed model that blends holistic nursing, coaching, education and client empowerment to guide clients toward enhanced health and happiness.  

Sessions focus on bringing mindfulness to your life, and how all aspects of your life combine to create wellness or dis-ease in one’s being.  Clients leave the sessions with a strategic action plan that can immediately be implemented in their lives to bring improved health, wellness and happiness.

Coaching Session Description

Prior to your first session you will be asked to complete a holistic wellness self-assessment that explores your current lifestyle patterns, such as: exercise, diet, sleep, social connectedness, spiritual connection, and your desire to create change in those areas of your life.  In our first session, we will review this assessment along with which areas of your life you are motivated to improve immediately.  Working in partnership with Jill, you will explore the things that you would like to change in your life and create a plan based on your strengths to empower you to achieve those goals.  Breaking down a plan into achievable parts with Jill as a partner, can make something that seems out of reach doable and fun.  She works with you in a non – judgmental and collaborative way to better understand how you can achieve the change you seek for your health and wellness.   Jill helps you figure out how to fit these changes effectively and sustainably into your life on your terms 

Sessions are effective for any change you are ready to work towards achieving. 

These include, but are not limited to: 

  • mindset 
  • stress 
  • eating patterns 
  • sleep patterns 
  • exercise 
  • connectedness
  • mindfulness
  • relationships   

Single sessions are available, but a 6-session package is advisable, as change takes time.  

Sessions can be in person, via video call, or telephone. 

Single 60-minute session: $90. 

6 session packages: $450 ($75/session)

15-minute discovery sessions available at no cost 

Where to Start at the NH Health & Wellness Center?

In addition to Wellness Coaching, Jill Jefferson, RN, HN-BC, NC-BC is the “gateway” to triaging clients at the Center.  With so many incredible providers and therapies at the Center, it can often be confusing to know where to start!  Utilizing a comprehensive health assessment and evaluation, Jill determines which therapies at the Center clients would benefit from to achieve their health and wellness goals and makes appropriate referrals.

Jill has an innate ability to connect with people, listen to them, and understand them. She has a calming presence that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during a coaching session.
