Why A Nutrition Coach?
Tired of trying to lose weight and find that it doesn’t stay off? Tired of feeling tired? Do you have joint pain? How about headaches? Uncomfortable bloating? Scared of getting heart disease?
In traditional medicine, doctors are trained to suppress or eliminate symptoms. This makes the patient feel better temporarily. Looking for the underlying cause is the answer. When a plant is sick or not doing well, you don’t paint it green; you look at the soil, sun, water and nutrients. Kate Cretsinger, Certified Nutrition Coach, looks at disease and dysfunction the same way through nutrition.
During the initial consultation, Kate Cretsinger takes a detailed health history and reviews your health goals. With this information, Kate customizes a wellness plan that will accommodate your health, lifestyle and goals. This plan can include (but is not limited to): recipes, meal planning, modifications in your meals if needed, nutrition logs and exercise accountability (if this is a desired goal). 24-48 hours after each session, you will receive an email that highlights the new modifications that were discussed in the session, as well as new recipes if needed.

Individual or Group sessions are available.
An individual session will last up to 50 minutes, by phone, Skype or in person every other week. Which will include discussions of your progress, nutrition education, goals and recommendations, as well as a variety of handouts/emails. You will have access to Kate by email at anytime outside of your sessions. Kate will respond within 24 hours during her business hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST Monday-Friday (unless on vacation, then it is within a 48 hour response time).
