Sharon Tower is a nationally board certified reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) and holds a reflexology license in New Hampshire, where national board certification from the ARCB is required for licensure. Since 2019, she has been providing professional reflexology services in New Hampshire to clients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
Clients often seek reflexology for stress, anxiety, digestive concerns, chronic pain, migraines, sleep issues, grief, and overall wellness. Reflexology works through specific points on the feet that correspond to different systems of the body, helping regulate the nervous system, which in turn influences all other systems of the body. When the nervous system shifts out of stress, the body is able to function more efficiently and move into a state where healing can occur.
When the body is more relaxed, circulation and lymphatic flow often improve as well. This can help reduce feelings of congestion, swelling, or heaviness, while supporting the body’s natural detoxification and immune processes. Many clients also notice improved circulation in the feet and lower legs, warmer feet, and less stiffness after a session.
Reflexology can also be supportive for those experiencing neuropathy or nerve-related discomfort by encouraging circulation to the feet, calming the nervous system, and supporting healthier nerve function. Clients often find that reflexology provides more than relaxation, creating the conditions the body needs for deeper healing and improved function.
Background
After many years working as an administrative assistant, Sharon felt called to a more meaningful and hands-on career. Following her experience caring for her parents, she obtained her LNA certification and worked in hospice care. During this time, she discovered reflexology and felt she had found her true calling.
Sharon studied under Elysia Bates at All That Matters in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, where she completed a 300-hour intensive reflexology training program. She became certified in reflexology in 2019 and earned her national certification through the ARCB in August 2020.
Her passion for reflexology has led her to continue advanced training with instructors from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. She holds additional certifications in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Trauma & Addiction Reflexology, and Emotional Release Reflexology.
Her background in hospice care gives her a deep compassion for clients experiencing grief, stress, chronic illness, or life transitions, and she brings a calm, supportive presence to every reflexology session.
“It is my mission to bring more balance and peace into the lives of those who can benefit from reflexology, and to help people reconnect with the body’s natural ability to heal.”
Personal
When she’s not working, Sharon enjoys writing and spending time with her family. Her favorite moments are those shared with her grandchildren, Layla and Colton.
