Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of body work utilizing light touch that addresses the bones of the head, spine and sacrum. The goal is to regulate the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid and bring the body back into a balanced rhythm. A session is performed with the client remaining fully clothed and there is no lotion or oil used. The practitioner uses her hands to “listen” to the rhythm at different listening stations along the body. The practitioner uses a subtle approach to offer a space for the client’s body to unwind and release. For more information on craniosacral therapy and what happens in a session, please check out this blog written by Meg. Meg has been trained in craniosacral by the CST-Alliance in Rochester, NH. She has completed Basic Elements 1, 2, 3 and Craniosacral and Lymphatic Integration.
