Reiki Training

Driven by an inner longing to unite mind, body and spirit in her therapy work, Karen became trained in the Usui style of Reiki in 2002 and soon after established a Reiki private practice, offering both individual Reiki sessions and all-levels group Reiki certification classes. Karen is passionate about sharing and teaching Reiki to others thereby empowering them to ultimately take their health and wellness in their own hands and heal themselves. She is committed to maintaining small Reiki classes to maximize learning and enhance the class experience.  In addition, Karen is available for individual Reiki sessions, offering additional energetic support of crystals, essential oils and intuitive guidance if desired.

Lyme Magnetic Protocol Training

After personally experiencing the ill effects of Lyme disease and it’s many co-infections in her own body as well as her two daughters, Karen Cerato became trained as a Lyme Magnetic Protocol practitioner in 2016 with Joan Randall of Integrative Wellness in Woodstock, VT and is now an Advanced Level 4 LMP practitioner. Karen is fascinated on a daily basis by the enormous benefits her clients receive by this powerful modality and she is deeply honored to be one of the few practitioners offering this work.
