During your initial consultation, Sarah Lawrence takes a detailed health history, reviews your current dietary approach and reviews your health goals. With this information and with your input, Sarah customizes a wellness plan designed to help you reach your health goals while honoring your life and lifestyle.  Each step is strategic, and each shift is small enough to be sustainable.  The key to success is understanding that real life happens and that a good plan needs to be one that fits into your life.  

Custom wellness plans can include nutrition and lifestyle assessment, nutrition and health education, recipes/meal plan guidance, food/mood/poop journaling, meditation, laughter exercises, breathwork, and accountability. You will receive an email with your plan after each session.  Your initial plan can take 3-5 days, while follow-up session notes are available within 48 hours.

Nutrition Sessions

Individual sessions and Group Programs available.

After your initial intake, individual sessions will last up to 50 minutes, by phone, Zoom or in person.  Sessions include plenty of time to discuss your progress, answer your questions, provide nutrition education, help with goal setting and recommendations.  Your action plan can include recipes, guided meditation, laughter exercises, energy work, supportive handouts, and accountability email/texts/calls. Between sessions, you can reach Sarah by email or text.

Group Programs are available for Corporate settings and are also run throughout the year for those who are interested in exploring Nutrition and Health Coaching with the support and accountability of others who share similar interests.  Seasonal Whole Food Cleanses, Workplace Wellness, Eating for Energy and programs focused on specific nutritional approaches like Plant-Based, Paleo, Mediterranean, Intermittent Fasting, etc are examples of Group Program offerings.  Please check out the Events page for current offerings or email Sarah if you would like to discuss setting up a Group Program.
