Sarah is a wealth of knowledge and she's got a way of sharing things at the right time and in the right way.  Figuring out my food sensitivities wasn't easy, but Sarah made the process manageable and I never felt deprived even though my list of foods was pretty small at one point.  I'm so impressed by how much better I feel after focusing on my gut health!  I am sleeping better, have more energy, my constipation is gone, and I've lost belly bloat and 15 pounds (that have been super stubborn since starting menopause).  Sessions with Sarah are fun and functional.  We laugh and figure out what's working and what's not.  Sarah is a gift to anyone who wants to feel better!  I wish I had found her sooner.
