Using A.R.T., the body is exposed to the energetic signature or frequency of the substance while remaining in a calm state. When the body starts to come balanced on that energetic signature or the frequency, then we start the actual food introduction. This allows the immune system to reprocess the food without triggering a stress response until you can eat a whole serving of that food.
One of my clients experienced acid reflux every time she ate yogurt. Even small amounts would trigger discomfort.
After completing immune system regulation, we worked on balancing dairy using this frequency treatment. Once her body was ready or not stressed anymore around the dairy frequencies, we began a slow reintroduction process, starting with just ¼ teaspoon of yogurt.
Over several days, she gradually increased the amount until she could comfortably eat a full cup of yogurt - without any reflux symptoms.
This approach aligns with how the nervous system and immune system safely adapt when supported gradually and properly.
